LIFT youthchurch is our youth ministry geared towards all students 6th-12th grade. Through LIFT, we strive to understand and meet the needs of students in the metro area. We provide a safe atmosphere for students to get connected along with a positive alternative to what they may experience at school or even at home. Today's student can be described as optimistic, media-driven, self-expressed and self-assured. Yet, they are extremely confused and continue to battle against moral pragmatism (“whatever works” method grounded in postmodern philosophy). They need a place where they can be strengthened, encouraged, spiritually challenged in Truth and lead in right decision- making. Our ministry is based on the simple truth that what students today are really searching for is the experience of true relationships. Our purpose is not only to help students connect with each other but ultimately to God and to his plans and purposes for their lives. We believe these needs can be met through a real social network, true worship, and relevant preaching of the Word.

Our main social network is through CITYgroups. City groups are a vital part of LIFT. These are gender-specific small groups that meet in homes around the city on Sunday nights. They incorporate worship, bible study and community. This allows students to be discipled in a smaller, more intimate setting and develop relationships with others who are seeking to grow in their faith as well.

At our Wednesday night service, you will find a high energy service with live worship, relevant preaching, and cutting edge media illustrations. LiftYouthChurch meets every Wednesday night at 6:30pm.

Recognizing that students love to enjoy life, other ministries and events are made available including camp, conventions, CITYgroup competitions, weekend retreats, New Year's Eve All-Nighter, Mission trips around the globe, and more.
